 <li>For researchers and therapists, the app offers the option to schedule prompts at genuinely random intervals, facilitating authentic time sampling.</li>
 <li>All prompts are fully customizable and can be delivered either individually or in a desired sequence or random order.</li>
 <li>A security password feature can be implemented by the researcher or therapist to restrict changes made by the user.</li>
 <li>The app provides capabilities for broad non-branching Ecological Momentary Assessment or Descriptive Experience Sampling research.</li>
 <li>It can efficiently record any CBT Activity Schedule, Thought Record, or Worksheet, aiding users in real-world applications.</li>
 <li>The user interface is designed to be clean and straightforward, promoting ease of use without unnecessary distractions.</li>
